Une bonne balle doit présenter une géométrie parfaitement symétrique et un centre de gravité constant, garantissant une trajectoire stable et reproductible.

La constance du poids, du diamètre et de la concentricité est essentielle. Elle conditionne directement la cohérence des vitesses initiales et donc la balistique externe.

Le profil doit être étudié pour optimiser le coefficient balistique (BC) et la stabilité gyroscopique, tout en restant compatible avec les pas de rayure usuels.

L’usinage CNC dans des alliages de haute qualité permet d’obtenir une constance mécanique supérieure et une résistance optimale aux contraintes.

La balle doit conserver ses propriétés balistiques dans différentes conditions atmosphériques et offrir un comportement prévisible sur toute la plage de vitesses.
