Kenoko WTL-05 – Weapon Thread Lock (5 ml)

Firearm-grade thread lock & sealant: forms a semi-solid layer inside threads to absorb vibration and prevent loosening under recoil. Doubles as a seal to stop leaks and protect against corrosion. Not a glue—does not fully harden, won’t crystallize, no heat required to disassemble, and cleans off easily.

Use / positioning
• Secures weapon fasteners (optics, rails, muzzle devices, chassis, accessories) exposed to shock and vibration.
• Seals threaded joints against moisture and dust.

Formula & action
• Semi-solid interface between threads absorbs vibration and stabilizes torque.
• Sealing properties help block fluids and corrosion.
• Non-adhesive behavior: no full cure, no crystallization.

Applications & compatibility
• Internal/external threads, through and blind holes.
• No-heat removal, adjustable/re-serviceable; residues easy to clean.
• Performs in high humidity.

Directions

  1. Apply to 1–1.5 diameters of internal threads or 30–50% of external threads.

  2. Wait 5–30 min depending on thread size.

  3. Tighten to the correct torque.
    — Through holes: treat 30–50% of the working area, then warm-air dry (≤ 50 °C / 122 °F) before assembly.
    — Blind holes: apply on 1/3–2/3 of thread length, then warm-air dry (≤ 50 °C / 122 °F).
    — As a sealant: cover the entire contact area.
